Commanding Officer

CWO Paul Bloess has been a member of the USNSCC since 2020. Prior to the Sea Cadets he retired from the US Navy Reserve as A Chief Petty Officer after 23 years of combined Active and Reserve Duty. His focus is on the Cadets and helping them become the best versions of themselves.

CWO David Fisher, USNSCC

Executive Officer

CWO David Fisher joined the Cpl. Kyle Carpenter Division in 2022 as the Executive Officer. He is a Navy retired Chief Boatswains' Mate and proudly served his country for 24 years. David grew up in Riverhead, NY and left for Navy boot camp in 1996.
